Hi, I’m Dave –

A short video about why I do what I do.

A long story shorter:

I used to work at larger investment firms that spent eye-popping amounts of money on marketing to try and tell the world why they are the best. Now, I’m more interested in working with a select group of clients with shared values, focused on enhancing lives more so than spending marketing dollars. Frankly, I got tired of the corporate “stuff” involved.

Because of this, I started my own firm, I’m the founder, I’m the lead advisor. A common question is how do I compete with the national firms and what’s my continuity plan? Providing competitive top-flight service and advice, to me, is easier than ever. Small, independent firms, like mine, are now able to utilize and leverage the same support, custodial services, and investment research as the national firms.

Today, I work with TD Ameritrade and Charles Schwab, who have a combined asset level of about 8 Trillion. As well as implementing portfolio construction guided by some of the largest money managers in the world like BlackRock, Natixis, State Street, Fidelity, WisdomTree and others. I’m then able to take a “best of breed” approach to portfolios and have full transparency on benchmarking.

The background story:

I joined the financial industry in 2008. Starting in this industry in the middle of the financial recession certainly had its challenges. While the markets have and continue to change, my focus hasn’t. I’m hyper focused on delivering my client’s desired results through implementing a step-by-step process of helping clients work towards building wealth, saving on taxes, and financial peace.

In addition to my industry experience, I’m also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Outside of work, I’m an active member at my church, soccer coach to our kids teams, and being a devoted husband and father of three children.

Interesting fact about me: my first job out of college was in Uganda, Africa.

David has been a great partner in developing my financial plan, helping me manage investments and provide oversight on my retirement plan. I would highly recommend the team to anyone looking for a trusted partner to help with their financial future.”
